Fire Rated Doors
Our doors are manufactured from galvanized / stainless steel sheets with lock formed edges. Insulated and bonded with Rock wool having Pure Polyester Powder coating of 60-80 microns forming a smooth surface finish with single glazing glass and hardware like handles, door closure, SS 304 handle, SS 304 ball-bearing hinges, panic bar, PHT lock for the double door etc.
Trio India specialized Fire Doors are designed to compartmentalize and contain the spread of fire meeting the most stringent requirements of life safety in commercial and industrial establishments. Tested and certified to comply with highest Indian [ BS 476(Part-20 & 22) 1987 & IS: 3614, (Part-2) 1992 ] Standards they are available with fire rating for 60, 90 and 120 minutes. These doors not only complement the existing passive fire-fighting systems but also ensure optimal personal safety.
