Trio India Design, Manufacture, Supply and Install complete Clean Room Modular Flush Sandwich Panels / Partitions. Our Panels are manufactured with Galvanized Steel Sheet (G.P.S.P) / Stainless Steel SS304/ Pre Painted Sheets. These Sandwich Panels / Partition are relocatable and easy to install as required, and tailor-made as per Customer Requirements.
The partition is modular and demountable. Its construction concept makes it truly economical and can be customized in various finishes, depending on the application. We work with the concept of Progressive and Non- Progressive partition in this industry, The panels are non-particle shedding, load-bearing, walkable panels and feature pre-formed cut-outs for the housing of HEPA filters and other dedicated services.

- All our Sandwich Panels / Partitions are prefabricated with cutouts. conduits and with factory fitted Vision Panel which is supplied for ready Installation at the site.
- All panels are insulated with Polyurethane Foam / Rock Wool insulation and as per customers requirement.
- Modular inbuilt risers of different thicknesses are made with required perforated SS-304 / GPSP Powder Coated Riser Grills.

- Panel Height: Up to 3700mm with provision to have stacked panels for higher-level applications
- Base Detail: Raised / C-Type Base
- Infill Material: Rock Wool & Polyurethane Foam
- Surface Finish: Pure Polyester Powder coated as per RAL colours, SS Finish (matt/mirror finish)
- Glazing: Double flush glazing with 5mm toughened glass having a ceramic border on both sides within a stainless steel framing
- Air Leakage: Silicon Sealant for sealed application
